The bike is easy to ride and maneuver in traffic and with the upright stance makes it safer than my conventional bike which makes the A to B journey a pleasure. It is a good looking bike and ready to go and includes a tool kit, which only needs a puncture repair kit, pump, 18mm spanner for the rear wheel removal, security cable when parked up and it is ready for touring; however the Kenda 924 tyres are supposed to be puncture resistant. The only other parts needed were a set of lights and a wireless milometer which is more for fun. I have also added a dog basket onto the rear carrier which is a modified fishing basket to take my dog with me. The bike still folds easily even with the basket attached. The only negative comments are that the electrical tape around the cable sleeves were untidy, but I easily sorted that and the bike may feel heavy to some people, although I find it is easy to lift into the boot of my car. The folding up of the bike took me about 5 minutes when If first got the bike but it now takes me less than 1 minute to put up and 1minute to fold up. I would recommend folding the pedals and rear stand first. I leave the seat in position and have found no need to use the quick release to lower it, although for security when it is parked up I would have the opportunity to take it with me. A friend of mine has also now bought one of these bikes.

SportsHQ is one of the fastest internet vendors I have come across - and I am an inveterate internet shopper. The bike was with me the day after I ordered it and was on the road within minutes of delivery. It says it will take an hour to get it going but in truth it can be much less. The battery is already charged so you can have a go straight away. I will need to adjust the gears a bit -- it does advise you in the manual to have this done in a cycle shop. It is not a lightweight machine, and if it was not for the motor even a fit young person would struggle. Folded up it is convenient for storage but I wouldn't want to lug it on a train every day. However with the motor helping you the weight gives useful stability and it is really easy to ride. Straights and gentle hills a a breeze, steeper hills take some effort but only the steepest and longest hills force me to dismount. This is ideal because you get the benefit of exercise as well. Battery life seems to be as advertised. All in all I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I'm just hoping I won't get a puncture in the back wheel anytime soon.

Spokes needed tightening but once done, the bike runs very well. The electric assistance is surprisingly efficient. Very pleased with the purchase.

I was looking for a bike to commute to the train station in the next village. Every evening I struggled with an up hill cycle the whole way home. On a regular basis my previous bike would be nicked from the train station bike rack. So I wanted something fast, economical, and could be folded and tucked into the corner of my office everyday. The Cyclamatic does all of these things. I love it !!! It also looks good and is a lot of fun. The electric engine is powerful and has cut my travel time in half, and athough I still cycle to keep fit I am covering much more ground. Even without the battery on it is a great bike to ride. The only critisicim I have is that it is quite heavy and although i can manage it up a flight of stairs in work a shoulder strap and catch to keep the bike together once folded would make this easier. Otherwise a fantastic piece of engineering, would highly recommend it.
