This was bought for my wife, however I use it twice a day now as well. Very Fast delivery and easy to set up. Once set up it feels very sturdy, I'm a big fella and was unsure about getting on at first as did not want to break it, but no chance this is powerful and solid. We have looked on youtube for various ways to use it but we just basically stand or sit on it and have noticed results already after a few weeks. It also makes you feel refreshed and lively. Very simple to use as well.
