This is the first roller I have bought. It was inexpensive and isn't much different from the version in my local gym. The foam is very sturdy and works well to stretch muscles. I am 5ft 7 and the roller is long enough for me to lay along it. Ideal for pilates/stretch.

Great for rolling out tightness/ knots in the legs and hips. Needs some practice to roll on and it does hurt initially - but its worth it to get rid of the knots.
