An infringement case has been drawn up between a Texas based golf equipment company against TaylorMade Golf. The club head has a more customised and forgiving playing characteristics.

The suit is reporting that TaylorMade products that infringe upon Dogleg include the following golf clubs: SuperQuad driver, TaylorMade r7 quad driver, TaylorMade r7 425 quad driver and TaylorMade r7 CGB Max driver and fairway woods.
