Mohammed was born on February 8th 1963 in Hyderabad, Pradesh. Mohammed has used his cricket equipment to play for Hyderabad, Derbyshire and the Indian cricket teams throughout his career to date.

Mohammed Azharuddin is known as one of India’s best captains, becoming famous for hitting 3 consecutive 100s in his first 3 test matches in 1984. Since he was made captain, Mohammed has led India to victory in 14 test matches. One of the highlights of his career was beating England at home in 1992-93.

Famous Player Sourav Ganguly
Sourav Chandidas Ganguly was born on July 8th 1972 in Kolkata, Bengal. Throughout his career, Sourav has taken his cricket equipment all the way to Lancashire, Glamorgan and of course, India.

Sourav became a famous cricket player for achieving the most number of test victories as Indian captain. He became really noticed in 1996 when he scored two consecutive 100s in a test series against England. Souray went on to firmly place his cricket equipment on the pitch when he became captain for the Indian team in 2000. The aggressive and no-nonsense attitude of the captain encouraged a young Indian team to believe in themselves and deliver the goods.

Famous Player Vijay Samuel Hazare
Hazare was born on March 11, 1915 in Sangli, Maharashtra and died on December 18, 2004 in Baroda. Throughout his career, Hazare took his cricket equipment all over India, playing for Baroda, Central India, India and Maharashtra.

Hazare became a famous cricket player when he captained the first ever test win for India in 1951-52 against England. Hazare made his test debut against England in 1946 and the highlight of his career was the friendly rivalry he struck up with Vijay Merchant, under whom he made his Test debut.
